My new Laptop
So my old laptop gave up the ghost. So I got a new one.
It's has a shiny black out side. Which is good because I grew up with IBM laptops which are always black.
However it does not have a DOT!?!?!? What's up with that? Now this is
not good because I grew up with an IBM laptop which always have a dot. I
don't know how to use a pad!! I have to move my hand off home row. And I have to pick up my finger to drag the cursor across the screen. And then I have to move my pointer finger to the right click button. Granted these things aren't hard and can be learned, but I feel like I'm going back a step in efficiency.
I may have to move to one of these.
Which continues the annoying have to move my hand off home row and it adds more wires to my mess.

Yeah, Alison, I'm sorry. You need to get a Lenovo Thinkpad to get the red dot. I can't believe no one else likes the dot. It is so much better.

I realize that now. In my mind all laptops should have a dot. But deep down I knew it wasn't true. So I didn't think to check and make sure it had a dot. But next time, so going to check.
