So we love our little Annabelle. She usually gives out her smiles readily. People like to comment on her dark long hair and blue eyes. She hasn't been colicky at all. If she crying, there's something you can do to sooth. At her 2 month appointment she was weighing 10 lbs (about 20th percentile) and her length was 23 inches (about 80th percentile). At 2 weeks she was measuring about 30th percentile for everything, so she was a well rounded baby. Now she's tall and skinny. Before the appointment Annabelle started to sleep 7-8 hours night. Her doctor recommended that since she went down in the percentile that she shouldn't miss a feeding and Annabelle should not go more than 5 hours between feedings. So I now wake her up in the middle of the night. She was also diagnose with torticollis. It's not that bad yet; hopefully it will be easy to eliminate.
Annabelle in a blanket I knitted.
She looks so cute in hats, but because her hair is so soft and silky they slide right off. It's not worth it to me to put them on her.
After feeding snuggles/bubbling.
A break from Annabelle. This year I've been reading Brandon Sanderson. I just love this quote and all the meaning behind it. "They feel thy defeated the fire. They don't see losing a third of the city as a disaster--they see saving two-thirds of it as a miracle."
I love it when she all swaddled up like that. I also love pictures of people sleeping.
Annabelle's first toy. She grabbed it all by herself.
Michael was watching her as I was showering. I came out to this. So we spent a part of the night sleeping on the floor.
Annabelle's first Easter.
She probably the most smiley after eating. I'm the one who gets to see it the most.
Our Easter Basket. We got the candy on Monday. That might be our new tradition. Easter Baskets on Easter Monday.
Annabelle in Violet's Easter Hat.
She is so adorable and smiley and bright eyed! Did you get a lot of boy clothes from your shower?
