Many Types of Cookies

Erin, Kaitlin, Kylee, and I forming some cookies together while watching something on the laptop.  I forgot what though.

Kylee and Kaitlin decorating Ginger people.
I helped make the Ginger Bread Cookies.  We used a european recipe so everything was in grams and liters. They also had us rest the dough in the fridge. I thought that was funny.

An example of the people we made.

Random Pictures over the Holidays

The picture doesn't really show it but while on vacation these two did a lot on their company: Get my Missionary Mail, Inc.  It's for the return missionaries, the David wrote a program to collect all the emails the missionary sent and received and then compile it into one source before My LDS mail deletes it. They have a wed site getmymissionarymail.com.  Yeah to me what I wrote sounds confusing but it's not really.

While in Washington Michael and I went Christmas shopping with his family.  While shopping I have the tendency to say things like; 'Oh we could get such and such'.  I don't ever really mean it.  However, while at BigLots there was the packing bubbles, and I said that for the bubbles.  Then Zach said we could get it for Conner.  Then he realized that it wasn't a bad idea and then bought two rolls of it.  This is Conner playing with one.

I don't know how to get a video on here, My little button that says 'videos' is gone =( so I uploaded it to facebook and made a link.  I don't know if that would work.  But if your my friend you should be able to see it.  It's just a video of Michael and Conner playing GI Joes

Michael and Dad like to play pingpong.  I believe Dad almost always bet Michael. but they're both really good and can smoke me.

Another video. . .Maybe

Ice Skating

Michael and I went up to Washington for the Holidays.  We drove up. The day after we got there we went Ice Skating; we went with Michael's Dad's work.

Conner, Kylee, and Michael waiting in line; We got there before we were allowed inside.

Michael's real shoe is very similar to his skates.  Black (like his soul) and Red (for power).

Conner practicing how to skate with Help from Dad and Kylee

Now Erin, David, Zach, and Kaitlin were all there. But I'm horrible at taking pictures so did get any of them.  So they were really not there at all. =)

About the 2nd Week

Where we eat together.  The door is on the left

Where we sit to watch TV on the rare occasion that we watch it.

The TV looks pretty much the same

I started to do school work and the 'other room' got messy.

Yep, my stuff comes along, and the messy pile got bigger.  It took up the 3 walls.

We have a bed now! And 2 very cute quilts

And a dresser (left from James and Charity) and the picture someone gave us as a present. It's of our announcement and the temple we were married in.  I love it.

We have stuff in our cupboards =) Still trying to figure out the best possible arrangement.

Yes we have 2 gallons of milk. Of course one is for drinking and the other is for cooking, (The Anderson's will get it.)

And I have nothing else to say about the kitchen.  It's kinda self explanatory. We have Little Kitty (plant) next to the sink. a snack area. a calendar, and other kitchen stuff.

the apartment that first week

The Door way I guess.  We pretty much had no organization skill at first.  Just get everything into the apartment.

The Lovely chair that Charity and James left us. and a very blank wall.  I like to have pictures but I'm too afraid to do anything about it.  I'm not really a home maker.

The TV.  And our one Christmas decoration (well we also have one Tree Ornament.)

The other room.  Yes we sit/lie on the floor to use the computer.

Same room as above.  All the other stuff we didn't know where to put.  Most of it is Michael's. My stuff did not quite make it over yet.

The Bed frame that James and Charity left us.  It took us awhile to figure out how to set it up.

Our very empty cupboard space, and there is a stove hiding there.

Our food and Charity and James' food.

the Sink area.

Daddy Doughnuts

Daddy Doughnuts: what more can I say.  No reason to eat them except for tradition's Sake.
We had a West Family get together.  They had a slide show of when the 10 children were young.  That was fun to watch
Yeah, None of the people are looking at the camera.
