Random Activities with the Andersons

We did a bunch of different activities that week that the Andersons were here.  Some of them I didn't get pictures of.
Here is Dad and Kylee playing Scatagories.  We also played Phase 10, Faces and Yahtzee.
This is Michael, Connor, and Erin talking to Kylee on the other side of the room in the Eyring Science Building.  We also went to the Bean Museum and Museum of Paleontology.
Will, Michael, and Connor playing Golden Eye.  Smash Bro. was also played.
We also played who can make Whitney Smile.

Connor's Birthday

Unlucky for Connor, but lucky for us, he spent most of his Birthday driving down here.  We were able to celebrate with him.
Erin made him a Mario Cake.
Us singing to him.
Connor opened his present when he was down here.
He turned 8 years old.  I was really grateful that I was able to go to his baptism and that my Uncle could get us a font to do it in.

Trafalga

We went to Trafalga with Jeff and Erika.  We did Mini-Golf, Go Carting, and ate pizza.

Michael
They had the sprinklers on which flooded 2 or so holes.  So we were putting in a pond there, which made it interesting.

Movie in the Park

So in Rock Canyon on Monday nights in August they show a movie.  We went the to the showing of Penelope.  I think that movie is a good one.
Us lying on a sheet on a hill to watch the movie
This was the first thing that we saw in the dusk sky.  It was pretty bright so we think that it is a planet, but then again we don't know much about stars and planets.  The second thing we saw we thought it was a Star, but then we convince ourselves that it was moving away from the Cloud.  Later we realized that it was the cloud that was moving not the star; we picked the wrong fixed point.
The Screen.  Before the show started, while we were waiting for it to get dark, they did Karaoke.
